Service

Watchgrid monitors public web endpoints and reports observed availability and content signals. Monitoring reduces detection time but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

You may monitor URLs you are authorized to access. You must not use Watchgrid to access private networks, bypass controls, overload third-party services or collect unlawful content.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for monitor configuration, alert recipients, responding to incidents and keeping account access secure.

Availability and changes

Features and limits may change during private beta. Material changes will be communicated before paid service begins.
