Watchgrid stores account details, workspace configuration, monitored public URLs, check results, incident history, notification delivery records and browser evidence needed to provide the service.

How data is used

Data is used only to operate monitoring, deliver alerts, secure the service, support customers and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Check history is retained according to the workspace plan. Browser evidence is private and accessed through short-lived signed links. Access is protected by workspace-level permissions.

Your choices

You may export workspace data or request account deletion from account settings. Deletion removes the account and associated workspace data, subject to legal retention requirements.
